Polish violin virtuoso Renata Knific has performed around the globe with the acclaimed English Chamber Orchestra and recorded dozens of CD for EMI, Decca, and CBS. Her exceptional friends include Bruce Uchimura, a Japanese cellist with chamber music tours of Europe and the U.S. for over 30 years and Susan Wiersma Uchimura, an American pianist who has served on the faculties of such prestigious institutions as the Meadowmount School and Aspen Music School. Also appearing with be her husband, acclaimed bassist Tom Knific. The evening will include music from the Great American Song Book arranged by Renata's son, Gene Knific, a 4X ASCAP Young Composer winner.


Howard Levy's Brazilian Fantasy

Over his more than 40-year career, Howard Levy has been featured on more than 300 recordings, won multiple GRAMMY Awards and composed the first concerto for the diatonic harmonica. He co-founded the bluegrass-fusion group Béla Fleck and the Flecktones. Howard will be joined by world master percussionist Dane Richeson, expert in the percussion instruments from Brazil, Ghana, and Cuba.
